Complete the online registration to enjoy extended warranty — DC (cordless) tools up to 6 months, AC (corded) tools up to 3 months — to protect your rights (some products excluded, please read the terms carefully).
Important Notes
- ※Please fill in all required fields. Uploaded purchase invoices, receipts (with model number and store stamp), and paper warranty cards must not be altered. Late submissions will be considered as voluntary waiver of warranty rights.
- ※Product defects due to materials, design, manufacturing, or assembly will be repaired or parts replaced free of charge by the company.
- ※Consumable parts and accessories are not covered under warranty service, e.g., carbon brushes.
- ※Rechargeable batteries that become unusable due to non-human and non-external factors are covered under warranty.
- ※Replacement parts from repairs are warranted for three months.
- ※All machines will receive basic internal maintenance and oil change during repair. Maintenance fees apply for products outside warranty.
- ※All conditions are subject to DCK Taiwan's judgment based on actual circumstances. The company reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- ※Improper maintenance, loose or broken parts, abnormal use, overload operation, etc. that cause equipment damage.
- ※Unidentifiable serial numbers, prolonged storage causing material deterioration, rust or corrosion damage.
- ※Incorrect specifications or usage, improper voltage, unauthorized disassembly or modification.
- ※Natural disaster damage, unknown sources, grey market products.
- ※Verbal or written warranty promises not from the company are not valid.
- ※Use of non-DCK original accessories.
Personal Data Usage
- ※Notifications regarding product quality (e.g., manufacturing defects), new product information, promotional prices, coupons, exhibition events, product trials, and questionnaire surveys.
- ※Data will be used for 99 years within the Taiwan region (including Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu) by the company and its commissioned advertising or survey companies, via telephone, email, and mailing address.
- ※Failure to provide personal data means the company will not provide extended warranty. Requesting cessation of data collection or deletion will prevent receipt of new product information, though basic warranty responsibility remains unchanged.
- ※By completing this warranty card, you agree to the above use of personal data.
Repair Process Reminder
Within Warranty Period
- 1Prepare your product for repair with warranty serial number, phone number, and name.
- 2Send the product to DCK Service Center, noting the fault and your contact number. After inspection confirming non-human damage, repairs will proceed.
- 3After repair, DCK will ship directly back to you.
After Warranty Period
- 1Product received → inspection → phone call to inform repair cost.
- 2Agree to repair → shipped or picked up after completion, payment settled, invoice sent from DCK (shipping fee applies if needed).
- 3Decline repair → reassembled and returned to customer (shipping fee applies if needed).
DCK Taiwan reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the program and revise its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The company reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
